Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our printing and packaging services, customers must notify Pacify Packaging within three (3) business days of receiving their order if the delivered items are incorrect or do not meet the approved specifications.

While we do not offer discounts or credits for custom orders, we will reprint your original order if the issue is determined to be a result of our production error or a confirmed defect. The decision to classify a product as defective rests solely with Pacify Packaging management.

To request a reprint, you must either:

  1. Submit digital photographs showing the defect, or

  2. Return the entire original order at your own shipping cost.

Reprints will be processed after receiving the proof of defect or returned items. Any charges associated with expedited processing or rush orders are non-refundable.

This policy ensures that all customers receive high-quality products while maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our production process.
