Any reproduction, modification, storage, redistribution, transmission, or republication of this content, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Pacify Packaging.

User Conduct on Our Website

By using our website, you agree to take full responsibility for any material — including images, music, writing, or other content — that you upload, share, publish, or distribute through our platform. You confirm that any material you provide does not include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or copyrighted work belonging to a third party unless you have obtained the necessary permissions or licenses from the rightful owners.

You further agree not to upload, share, or distribute any material that is offensive, obscene, unlawful, or that interferes with the experience of other users. Content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of Pacify Packaging or any third party is strictly prohibited.

Pacify Packaging does not control user-submitted content and therefore cannot guarantee its accuracy, decency, or legality. We are not responsible for any material you may find objectionable, offensive, or inappropriate. However, Pacify Packaging reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any content deemed abusive, indecent, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions. While we may remove such material, we are not obligated to do so.

We may also disclose content or user information when required to:
(a) comply with legal or judicial processes;
(b) enforce our Terms of Service;
(c) respond to claims of third-party rights violations; or
(d) protect the rights, property, and safety of our company, our users, or the public.

To receive products or services through our website, you must provide accurate and complete information. Our website is designed for human use only; any automated or unauthorized access is prohibited and may result in legal action.

When placing an order, you confirm that you have the full right, authority, and permission to do so and that Pacify Packaging may create customized products on your behalf. You also confirm that you are of legal age and capable of entering into binding legal agreements.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for managing access to your account. Any order or activity conducted through your account will be considered authorized by you.

To access certain services, we may require basic information such as your name and email address, and in some cases, additional personal or business information. You are responsible for keeping this data accurate and secure.

By using our website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood Pacify Packaging’s Privacy Policy and agree to the collection and use of your personal and business information as described therein.

Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

At Pacify Packaging, we take the protection and security of our users’ information extremely seriously. We employ multiple safeguards, including firewalls and SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, to protect personal and business data transmitted through our website. These systems help prevent unauthorized access and ensure that your information remains confidential and secure.

While we maintain strict internal policies and digital safeguards, it’s important to note that no online transmission or storage system is 100% secure. Therefore, we encourage users to take personal precautions when sharing sensitive information online. Access to customer data is strictly restricted within our company and is not permitted beyond authorized personnel.

Indemnification

By using our website, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pacify Packaging, its owners, directors, employees, representatives, vendors, affiliates, and subcontractors from any claims, damages, or losses that may arise due to:

  • (a) the misuse of our products or website;

  • (b) unauthorized access to password-protected areas;

  • (c) content or actions that violate the rights or legal protections of others;

  • (d) customer-provided materials or instructions that result in printing errors or legal disputes.

You agree to compensate Pacify Packaging for any legal costs, judgments, awards, or attorney fees incurred as a result of such claims.

Limitation of Liability

Pacify Packaging shall not be held liable for any accident, injury, loss, delay, or damage — including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — arising from:

  • the use or inability to use our website,

  • reliance on information obtained through our website, or

  • any errors, omissions, or interruptions in service, even if the possibility of such damages has been advised.

In no event shall the total liability of Pacify Packaging to you for all claims, damages, or causes of action (including negligence) exceed the total amount paid by you to the company for your order or service request.

Return and Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our printing and packaging products, all orders at Pacify Packaging are made specifically to the client’s requirements. Therefore, we ask that you inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within three (3) business days if you believe your items are incorrect, defective, or not produced according to your approved specifications.

Please note that we do not offer refunds, discounts, or credits for custom orders. However, if an error is found to be the result of our production process or a confirmed defect, we will reprint your original order at no additional cost. The determination of whether a product is defective or eligible for reprint rests solely with our management.

To qualify for a reprint:

  • You must provide clear digital photographs showing the defect or issue, or

  • Return the entire original order to us (at your own shipping expense) within seven (7) business days of receiving the product.

Please note that any charges related to expedited processing or rush delivery are non-refundable.

Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with every order while maintaining fair and transparent production standards.

Payment Order Placement, Cancellations

All product prices listed on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD), and all payments must be made in the same currency. Pacify Packaging begins processing an order only after receiving the full payment amount, which includes product costs, applicable taxes, and shipping charges, through an authorized and verified payment source.

To place an order, customers must provide the final version of their design or artwork, either as an electronic file or a hard copy, depending on the service requested. Once the final approval is given, and the order is sent to our press department, no further changes can be made to the design, specifications, or production schedule.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order within four (4) hours after proof approval.

    • A $25 processing fee and 5% of the total order amount will be deducted to cover administrative costs.

  • If you wish to cancel your order after the 24-hour period, you may do so only if production has not yet started.

    • In such cases, a 50% cancellation fee of the total order amount will apply to cover time, material, and production resource expenses.

  • Once the printing process has begun, cancellations are not guaranteed, and the company reserves the right to deny refund or cancellation requests made after production has started.

All cancellations, refunds, or reprints are handled at the discretion of Pacify Packaging’s management.

Proofs and Color Accuracy

To initiate production, customers are required to provide the final version of their design or artwork in either electronic format or hard copy, depending on the nature of the order. Printing begins only after proof approval and upon receipt of the signed agreement from the customer.

As a customer, it is your responsibility to review and approve the provided proof carefully. Delays in reviewing or confirming proofs may result in production delays, and Pacify Packaging will not be held responsible for missed deadlines caused by late approvals. Please note that the turnaround time mentioned on our website begins only after the proof has been reviewed and approved.

We strongly advise all customers to thoroughly inspect their proofs before granting approval. This includes checking for potential issues such as:

  • Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors

  • Image placement, resolution, or alignment issues

  • Layout and spacing accuracy

  • Overprinting or transparency inconsistencies

  • Color variations between RGB/Pantone and CMYK conversions

Please note that electronic proofs may not accurately represent transparency, lamination, or color effects. Pacify Packaging is not responsible for variations between digital proofs and the final printed product due to these inherent limitations.

The customer assumes full responsibility for the content and accuracy of the final approved proof. Colors are reproduced based on the submitted artwork files; however, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed due to technical limitations in the printing process and the natural variations in ink and substrate behavior. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

While our team makes every effort to achieve the closest possible color match, minor color variations are not grounds for reprint or refund. However, customers who require precise color accuracy can request a hard copy proof prior to production. Please note that hard proofs incur additional charges.

Customers Submitted Artwork/Files

Our design team uses the artwork provided by customers to create and prepare print-ready files for production. To ensure the highest print quality, all artwork files must be submitted in 300 DPI (dots per inch) resolution and in CMYK color format.

If artwork files are submitted in formats other than CMYK or at a lower resolution, Pacify Packaging will not be held responsible for any variations, blurriness, or color shifts that may occur in the final printed product.

Customers are fully responsible for the accuracy, orientation, and sequencing of all artwork and order details submitted. If the printed results differ from expectations due to errors in file setup or order arrangement, Pacify Packaging cannot be held liable. Our team takes all reasonable precautions to minimize such issues, but the final responsibility rests with the customer.

By uploading artwork or files to our website, you confirm that the materials are legally owned by you and do not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of third parties.

Pacify Packaging reserves the right to decline any order that, in our judgment, is unlawful, offensive, indecent, abusive, or violates third-party rights. We may refuse such orders without providing specific reasons and without liability to the customer.

When placing an order, you accept full responsibility for all materials created or submitted under your instructions.

No Liability for Errors

Pacify Packaging takes every possible measure to ensure that all printed products meet high-quality standards. However, the company cannot be held responsible for errors or issues present in the final printed product that result from customer oversight or file-related problems.

These include, but are not limited to:

  • Spelling or grammatical mistakes

  • Font errors or incorrect font usage

  • Graphic misplacement, punctuation issues, or registration marks

  • Incorrect or missing dielines, bleed, or crop marks

  • Cracks or creases along folds

  • Overprinting inconsistencies

  • Variations in the finished product size

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork proofs carefully before final approval. Once a proof is approved and the job is sent to print, Pacify Packaging is not liable for any of the above-mentioned errors or discrepancies.

Overruns/ under runs

At Pacify Packaging, we strive to deliver your order as accurately as possible. However, due to the nature of the printing and packaging production process, slight variations in quantity may occur.

The company generally follows an industry-standard tolerance of ±5% for all printed products. This means your final delivery may include up to 5% more or 5% fewer units than the quantity ordered.

  • Any extra units (overruns) provided are free of charge and considered complimentary.

  • In the event of a shortfall (underrun), you will be charged only for the actual quantity delivered, and the remaining amount will be adjusted or refunded accordingly.

This policy ensures fair and transparent handling of minor quantity variations that are common in custom printing and packaging production.

Production Speed, Shipping and delivery of orders

Production Timeline
Printing and production timelines begin only after:

  1. Your artwork or files have been received, inspected, and approved by our prepress department.

  2. You have provided press-ready confirmation (electronic or printed proof).

  3. Full payment, including product cost, shipping, taxes, and handling fees, has been received.

During order placement, you may select your preferred production speed, which determines the number of business days required to print your order and prepare it for shipment. Proof approvals must be submitted by 10:00 AM Central Time (CT) to ensure timely processing.

Standard Turnaround Times

  • Standard Production: 10–12 business days

  • Expedited Production: 6–8 business days (with 2–3 business days for Ground Shipping)

  • Shipping is included for one destination per order within the USA. Additional destinations incur extra charges.

Shipping and Delivery
While we make every effort to ship orders promptly and safely, Pacify Packaging is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Customs clearance issues

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Delays in Production
In rare cases of equipment failure or technical issues during printing, expedited order fees may be refunded or discounted, but orders cannot be canceled due to production delays.

International Shipments
Customers are responsible for customs clearance and any applicable duties or taxes for shipments outside the United States.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
Pacify Packaging is not liable for loss or damage during shipping. Claims for lost or damaged packages must be submitted within six (6) business days of shipment.

Global Production Facilities
To reduce costs and improve efficiency, we operate both in-house printing facilities in the USA and overseas production offices, ensuring reliable and cost-effective fulfillment for all orders.
